While assessments are developed from extensive research with major organisations and instatutions by highly compotent teams of professionals, no assessment is truely 100% accurate. There are many factors that influence the accuracy of assessments. However, at Capacity Trust, every effort is made to ensure that the most accurate and insight provided in our reports to our clients.

Are candidate assessment reports made public?

Never. At Capacity Trust we respect the privacy of all those who complete assessments that we facility. Confidentiality is a priority and only those responsible for processing the reports have access to the candidates assessment report.
